As a Content Research Analyst, you'll be an integral part of Capital Group's content team. You will be supporting the creation of innovative investment thought leadership content for an audience of financial advisors and institutional clients. If you enjoy researching and providing content for key programs, including economic and market outlooks, e-book guides, weekly web articles, and a monthly webinar series, then this role is for you. You'll play a critical role creating charts and other data visualizations. You'll add value by collaborating with a creative team to brainstorm ideas for thought leadership-driven marketing campaigns, webinars, and other publications.

- You have a bachelor's degree with an emphasis on economics, finance, statistics, applied mathematics or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years' professional experience in data research and analysis with investment data, including equities and fixed income.
- You'll use your deep investment industry knowledge and data skills to help craft compelling visual narratives.
- You're an expert user of Excel to store, present, process and analyze data.
- You have plenty of examples of times when you've gathered information from a variety of sources, synthesized it, and presented it in a distilled manner.
- By asking great questions and bouncing ideas off others, you proactively share your perspective. You're a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful and engaging.
- You're used to prioritizing work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You're comfortable collaborating with creative content teams, including writers, editors and designers.
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $86,592-$138,547
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
