The mission of the Communications team is to align, engage and inspire associates across the globe, connecting them to Capital Group's story and their vital role in it. As a member of the Communications team, you will define and create communications that bring to life our long-term strategy and business plans through coordinated storytelling for our associates that span North America, Europe and Asia. You will be excited to play an integral part in planning and executing communication strategies that support our enterprise-wide priorities, connecting our associates to our business, our leaders and one another.

  • You have deep experience and knowledge driving internal communications strategy at a large, client-centric organization with multiple business lines operating across borders.
  • You provide strategic communication solutions by applying audience insights and analytics to continually improve and evolve messaging and tactics.
  • You demonstrate agility by working across multiple business groups creating and executing communications for complex and sensitive change-management programs that contribute to the delivery of business outcomes.
  • You are a persuasive, influential and savvy communicator, bringing your superior skills in writing, storytelling, research, data analysis and channel innovation.
  • You shine as a partner and consultant, comfortable providing strategic direction to senior leadership teams, Human Resources and peers to ensure that messaging and associate experiences are consistent and reflect our culture and values.
  • You have an understanding and knowledge of current and emerging internal communications technology, tools, channels and best practices.
  • You are passionate about the associate experience and understand the essential role that communication plays in helping to align, engage and inspire people.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

New York Base Salary Range: $139,498-$223,197

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
