CAP Associate Program

At Capital Group, our mission is to improve people's lives through successful investing. We invest in public companies and fixed-income securities around the globe and are challenged with bringing unique perspectives and long-term thinking to our research and decision-making.

CAP is an opportunity for early-career individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences to learn and contribute to this mission by gaining direct exposure to investment management. CAP is a highly selective global three-year rotational program with cohorts in Los Angeles, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The program is focused on developing the skills relevant for investment management roles. Providing development opportunities through hands-on experience, structured training, and ability to work with and learn from experienced investors. Associates with exceptional performance and have successfully completed the program will be promoted to roles with our investment units or investment-related groups.
