Sub process within office of Quality, role involves : Incident Management Monitoring, Incident records - monitor workflow, completeness of required data, Verification, Escalations, Follow-ups and Reporting
sub process within office of Quality. This roles involves knowledge on ISO standards(9001) and should be able to prepare accurate documents for certification, create audit schedules. Also Assess conformance to processes by product areas (e.g., ISO and CB). These assessments ensure documented processes and procedures are being followed, employees are trained, and proper records are retained.

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
