- Domain experience in KYC and Onboarding Customer Reference Data and or Client Life cycle management
- SQL and Data analysis skills along with performing analysis and be able to turn into requirements
- Strategy background to design and execute on Target Operating Models
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills Big 4 consulting background
