Job Description:
Capgemini hiring fulltime/permanent resource for Guidewire Architect.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the end-to-end architecture of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform, focusing on integration with surrounding and supplemental applications and data services.
  • See opportunities for cross-domain enterprise commonalities and assess their impacts.
  • Recommend initiatives to improve platform capabilities and simplify technology footprints as part of the platform roadmap, identifying commonalities across enterprise utilization of Guidewire.
  • Stay informed about Guidewire Cloud product roadmap for InsuranceSuite and research industry and emerging technology trends related to underwriting, policy administration, and claims administration, advising the organization on using emerging Guidewire capabilities.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Understanding of the platform's capabilities, configuration options, and standard processes.
  • Strong leadership skills to partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, technology teams, and customers to drive alignment and consensus on platform initiatives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business requirements, identify architectural solutions, and craft conceptual solution overviews.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
