We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-15 years of extensive experience in Tibco EBX solution architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tibco EBX and a proven track record of successful implementations. As a Tibco EBX Solution Architecture Expert, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Tibco EBX solutions. This role requires a strong background in data integrations, MDM architecture, and team management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a consulting background, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. Prior experience in Retail industry practices is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Tibco EBX solution architecture team
  • Implement Tibco EBX solutions for Product MDM, Customer MDM, and Location MDM
  • Oversee multiple Tibco EBX implementations
  • Design and develop data integrations to MDM systems
  • Define and implement MDM architecture best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
  • Ensure the successful delivery of Tibco EBX projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, particularly within Retail sector

Skill Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Tibco EBX solution architecture
  • Strong background in consulting with experience managing teams
  • Proficiency in Tibco EBX with a track record of multiple successful implementations
  • In-depth understanding of data integrations to MDM systems
  • Solid knowledge of MDM architecture principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Retail industry practices and challenges
