Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Expertly lead client engagements to cultivate and maintain a positive relationship. Act as a trusted advisor and provide strategic insights to address their business challenges.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on industry and tech trends, competitors, and client-specific issues. Capture data and insights to support consulting engagements and stop a-top an ever-evolving industry.
  • Documentation Gathering: Lead in documenting business processes, process workflows, and project plans. Contribute to the creation of client deliverables and presentations.
  • Solution Design: Play a key role in crafting solutions for complex business problems and to the development of strategies that align with client goals.
  • Client Presentations: Deliver high-quality presentations and reports to clients. Clearly articulate findings, recommendations, and project process.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience within a consulting organization or project-based roles within a financial institution.
  • Must have experience developing business and technology strategies for digital transformation, target operating models, defining current business states, or designing, testing, or implementing technology-enabled solutions.
  • Must have proven progression in responsibilities and leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze critical issues, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Bachelor's or relevant field such as Business Administration Management, Finance, Data Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a related subject area.
  • Ability to convey sophisticated ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Effective collaboration with multi-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to lead, empower and encourage team members.

Salary Transparency:
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to the highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $150000/ yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
