Job Description:
Capgemini is seeking a dedicated and experienced CDP Solution Implementation Lead with a passion for the financial services industry to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of CDP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data integration (from web analytics, digital analytics, and streaming data sources) testing, and release.
  • Implement data governance and security protocols with an emphasis on user privacy and compliance with relevant financial services regulations.
  • Configure and run data integrations with marketing, CRM, web analytics, digital analytics, and other enterprise systems, enabling real-time personalization at scale for financial services clients.
  • Apply a deep understanding, train, and mentor internal teams of customer data platforms, web analytics, digital analytics, streaming data principles, and their application within the financial services industry.
  • Solve issues and ensure successful ongoing platform operation, maintaining data quality and integrity.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients following launch, including optimizing real-time personalization strategies demonstrating insights from web and digital analytics specific to the financial services industry.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in (CDM) or marketing technology (Martech) with a focus on the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading successful CDP implementations from start to finish, incorporating web analytics, digital analytics, and real-time personalization, specifically within the financial services sector.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more CDP solutions like Adobe AEP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium AudienceStream, or Segment CDP.
  • Solid understanding of data quality principles, data cleansing techniques, and data governance frameworks, particularly within financial services regulations.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to act as a trusted and respected advisor.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (MAPs), CRM systems, and web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics(GA4).
  • Experience building data pipelines and working with data warehousing solutions with real-time streaming data sources
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Salary Transparency:
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $99712 - $168716 / yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
