We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. You’ll be part of an elite team reimagining how ServiceNow works in a dynamic cruise environment—with real-world impact across ships, shoreside operations, and safety. Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, only US Citizens and Green Card Holders/Permanent residents will be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and support 60+ self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances, running in a Linux environment

  • Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and Health/Safety

  • Build and support low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow development

  • Troubleshoot platform and Linux-related issues

  • Collaborate across IT and business teams to deliver clean, documented workflows

  • Support governance, license compliance, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of Linux

  • Basic development understanding and API familiarity

  • Strong analytical skills, communication chops, and a passion for learning

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certs

  • SQL / MySQL / MariaDB knowledge

  • On-premise ServiceNow experience

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is $40.00-$44.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
