The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe development and will play a crucial role in coding, supporting business operations, and preparing our systems for legacy modernization.

Develop and maintain mainframe applications to support business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions
Implement and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability of mainframe systems

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mainframe applications
Assist in the planning and execution of legacy modernization initiatives
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
What You’ll Need
Required:
8-10 years of experience in mainframe development
Strong proficiency in mainframe technologies (e.g., COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Experience with legacy system modernization is highly desirable
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
