We are looking for a Product Manager to lead multiple guest-facing revenue-generating digital products across a globally recognized travel/hospitality corporation. This position will be full-time contract and hybrid in Miramar, FL.
Candidates must be able to work on CAI's W2 without a need for sponsorship now or in the future.

What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a portfolio of guest-facing revenue products (e.g., retail, dining, spa, experiences, reservations)
Partner closely with revenue management, hotel operations, and guest experience teams to identify unmet needs, market gaps, and innovation opportunities
Define product strategy, feature requirements, roadmaps, and business cases to support capital allocation and growth planning
Translate business goals into compelling product visions and create persuasive presentations to influence executive decision-makers
Prioritize features, manage agile backlogs, and work with development and design teams to deliver scalable, guest-centric solutions
Monitor product performance, guest feedback, and revenue metrics to continuously iterate and optimize
Serve as a strategic advisor on product direction, balancing guest experience with business outcomes
What You'll Need
Required:
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, owning and scaling multiple products simultaneously
Strong background in hospitality, travel, or entertainment industries with a focus on guest-facing revenue-generating products
Demonstrated ability to develop and pitch compelling business cases and capital proposals
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product roadmapping tools (Jira, Aha, or similar), and user story writing
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and customer behavior
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority
Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, operations, and finance
Preferred:
Bonus points for prior cruise line, resort, or large-scale hospitality experience
Thinks like a founder, acts like an owner
Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys navigating complexity
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through digital innovation
Equally comfortable in the engine room of Jira and the boardroom with PowerPoint
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
