We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support our project teams, including Scrum Masters and Project Managers. In this role, you will assist with various administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Ideal candidates are looking to start their career in project management and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, Florida.
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
What You'll Do
Assist Scrum Masters and Project Managers with data entry, tracking project progress, and maintaining project documentation
Support scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes
Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion

Maintain and update project plans, calendars, and other project-related data
Coordinate communication among team members and stakeholders
Help prepare status reports and project updates
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing project-related correspondence
Support continuous improvement initiatives within project teams
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Information Technology)
0-3 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Prior internship or experience in administrative or coordination roles
CSM Certificate
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $35.00-$42.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
