We’re seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure, networking, IT operations, and IT service management (ITSM) initiatives for a growing hospitality client in the vacation ownership and resort management industry. The role offers an opportunity to modernize and optimize the infrastructure of a brand synonymous with hospitality excellence. What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross-functional infrastructure and IT operations projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope outcomes

  • Manage upgrades, implementations, and migrations across areas such as data centers, networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure

  • Oversee ITSM-focused projects including process optimization, platform rollouts (e.g., ServiceNow), and support model enhancements

  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to align technical delivery with business objectives

  • Develop project charters, detailed plans, status reports, risk logs, and executive updates

  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection standards across infrastructure initiatives

  • Identify operational efficiency opportunities and proactively recommend improvements

  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment meetings, steering committees, and post-implementation reviews

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • 5–8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with recent focus on infrastructure and operations projects

  • 3+ years of experience with a large, integrated multi-technology ecosystem 

  • Demonstrated success leading networking, cloud migration, endpoint deployment, or ITSM process improvement projects

  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service delivery models

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

  • Experience working with hospitality or multi-location customer-facing businesses a plus

  • Skilled in managing vendor/contractor resources and holding them accountable to SLAs and milestones

  • Excellent communication skills—able to present to IT leadership and business executives

  • PMP certification required

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Azure/AWS infrastructure, iSeries  

  • CSM, or ITIL certifications strongly preferred

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
