Design interactive and responsive layouts for websites, mobile applications, and digital interfaces
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Develop prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
Work closely with developers to ensure design is properly implemented and to troubleshoot any design-related issues
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on design
Ensure all design elements, templates, and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings
Consider the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design, and optimize user experience
Develop new user-facing features to enhance the user experience
Build reusable code and libraries for future use to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability and user interface
Perform application updates and debugging to ensure high-performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end
Validate user actions on the client-side and providing responses
Maintain an understanding of the latest web applications and programming practices
Develop and implementing responsive design for mobile sites
What You'll Need
Required
5 years of experience experience designing interactive and responsive layouts for websites, mobile applications, and digital interfaces
Ability in ensuring all design elements, templates, and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings
Experience in developing new user-facing features to enhance the user experience
Strong organizational skills and strong ability to prioritize workload Required
Ability to interact with all levels of staff, both internal and externally, in both business and technical
Desired
Experience working with Amazon Web Services suite of products and/or Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field Desired

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc
