We are looking for a Financial Analyst to manage the financials for a construction project in close collaboration with the assigned project manager(s). This position will be full-time contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, only US Citizens and Green Card Holders/Permanent residents will be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2.

What You’ll Do
Ensure financial tools are made available for project tracking, monitoring, and initial financial planning
Develop monthly forecasted spend across all projects and submit to the NB Finance team
Oversee risk mitigation and change management, focusing on the financial impact of potential change requests and risks
Proactively manage potential issues and provide regular executive summaries and updates
What You'll Need
Required:
4+ years of financial experience
Strong leadership skills and experience in engaging with people and managing travel
Excellent knowledge of project management practices
Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and align activities to meet project goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Power BI reporting and planning tools
Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
Preferred:
Advanced Excel skills, including creating power-pivots and managing large datasets
Experience in forecasting and long-term financial planning for multi-year projects
Experience in monthly variance explanation between actuals vs. forecast
Project budget reporting experience, providing granular-level reporting on a biweekly basis
Financial analytical skills, including spend curves, burn-rate, and rate-volume analysis
Ability to liaise with the IT supply chain department for procurement processes
Experience in a project management work environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
