We are seeking a Senior Business Planning Manager. This full-time, onsite position is located in Tallahassee. The role focuses on aligning technology strategies with business objectives and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Support project managers and business analysts in gap analysis between current technology and future requirements
Plan and prioritize technology integration according to business needs and strategic direction
Identify areas for technological improvement and plan transitions to new states
Serve as a strategic interface with business office staff for strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management
Provide strategic consulting support and guidance for key IT initiatives and projects
Assist in business process redesign and documentation
Collaborate with functional and enterprise system support staff during technical assessments
Document business cases, feasibility studies, proofs of concept, and product evaluations
Facilitate strategic planning sessions and technology proposal processes
Evaluate and summarize critical information for executive-level formats
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of seven years of IT and business work experience in public sector technology organizations
Experience managing teams responsible for strategic planning, infrastructure, and operational support functions
Extensive knowledge of resource and demand management, business intelligence, and data management tools
Scrum Master certification
Experience with business process tools and successful deployments
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $77.00- $82.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law
