This internship is a great opportunity to become familiar with semiconductor IC design and methodologies and to amplify your already acquired skills and experiences using specific design tools. You will also get the chance to see how a worldwide operating company works.

You will investigate the usage of generative AI to accelerate the development of new semiconductors designs. Working on real industry cases, you will collaborate to define and validate new AI driven design flows which will increase the productivity of the design teams.

This project will allow you to work with the Virtuoso Design Platform including adjacent technologies like simulators, extraction and physical verification tools. You can also take the opportunity to deploy and improve your coding skills. You will collaborate with a multi-national team at our Cadence site.

Position Requirements:

• MSc/MEng student, preferred in micro-electronics engineering

• Understanding of IC Design

• Basic knowledge of Virtuoso software

• Good communication skills (fluent in English)

• Being a team player

• Problem solving skills
