Job Description:
- Provide technical support to customers and field personnel in any one of these areas: Schematic capture, Analog and RF simulation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide resolution to customer technical issue
- Run customer test cases to verify problems, create workarounds, when possible, test and deliver R&D fixes.
- Close collaboration with R&D on issues using established protocols.
- Author application notes and help provide feedback on documentation
Requirements:
- Complete Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic engineering (or related areas) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Portuguese and English.
- Good problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Exposure to analog/RF IC design flow. Academic level will be considered
- Exposure to communications theory, microwave and/or antennas
- Knowledge of AWR and Microwave Office is a plus
