Deployment & Environment Support

• Provide end-to-end deployment support across Implementation, UAT, and Production environments.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Ensure deployments are delivered on schedule, with minimal disruption to client services.
• Validate and certify deployments in UAT before moving to production.

Issue Resolution & Monitoring

• Diagnose and resolve environment-related, software, and operational issues.
• Proactively monitor environments to identify potential risks and performance bottlenecks.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate global teams, ensuring timely resolution.
• Reproduce reported issues in test environments to facilitate root cause analysis.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with Development, Support, and DevOps teams to align deployment schedules, fix issues, and improve release processes.
• Partner with implementation and client-facing teams to ensure readiness for upgrades.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency in deployment activities.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Create and maintain detailed deployment runbooks, technical documentation, and support guides.
• Document issues, resolutions, and best practices in the knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc training and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on deployment processes.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance deployment efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability.
• Contribute to the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Participate in post-deployment reviews and recommend improvements to processes and tools.
