Technology Lead - Production Support (SQL, Java)- Bangalore - Hybrid

Role: Production Support

Shifts: APAC/ UK/ US (Rotational Shifts)
Location: Bangalore

Exp: 3-9+ years

  • Proficiency in SQL, Java for support.
  • Familiarity with scripting using JavaScript or similar languages to create automation scripts and tools.
  • hands-on experience in Linux/Unix, shell scripting and commands.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle complex technical issues
  • Experience in Incident Management and ITIL process
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge on Banking Domain/ Investment Banking/ Capital Market
