Technology Lead- .Net

Designs, develops, modifies, adapts and implements short- and long-term solutions to technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software solutions. Provides application software development services typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. May test new software code and typically works in a highly efficient ("Agile") development environment.
-Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
-Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
-Works independently, receives minimal guidance
-Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Functional Knowledge:
-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
Requirement :
6-9 years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies.
Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, etc.) or other cloud platforms.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
Experience with unit testing frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
