Broadridge’s Customer Communications Product team is responsible for defining, delivering, and leading the lifecycle of our products and services, which enable better customer experiences regarding transactional communications. In this role, you will support the product management team deliver on the product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital product and platform capabilities.

You will partner with the product managers and technology teams to manage:
- product priorities
- feature backlog
- user story development
- defect management
- release schedule
- product documentation

Job Responsibilities
- Defining business requirements and user stories
- Owning and managing prioritization of product backlog
- Communicating release timelines
- Ensuring value is created for product roadmap initiatives
- Defining key metrics for reliability and usage of the product capabilities
- Evangelizing the product features and benefits to enable the sales and account management teams to speak to the value creation
- Supporting the product managers by overseeing the product roadmap execution to deliver scalable and best in class capabilities
- Working cross-functionally with other product teams within and across business units, multiple scrum teams, and different development processes
- Identifying and delivering value-added products and compelling go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and meet client needs
- Articulating and delivering capabilities to meet client needs – internal and external – and support the product vision and strategic initiatives

Requirements and Competencies
- 3+ years of applicable work experience as product owner
- Experience with Agile methodologies participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation and demos
- Digital product experience
- Expertise in product management workflow and processes, design thinking and client journeys
- Ability to make decisions and progress in the face of ambiguous and at times overlapping priorities, i.e. managing to fixed scope and date scenarios
- Problem solving skills to work with peers, technology and internal partners to address conflicts
- Experience executing the development process with technical teams, internal partners and external vendors including writing business requirements / use cases / user stories, conducting user acceptance testing and communicating project status to project team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including product documentation, feature descriptions, defining product value, et.
- Bachelor’s degree desired.
