We are actively recruiting for a dynamic experienced corporate transactional attorney to join our growing legal team. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with all levels of management to gain an in-depth understanding of our strategy and services. Candidate will maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, have excellent time management, organization, and decision-making abilities, be able to prioritize projects and deadlines, be collaborative, and accountable while performing in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- You will prepare, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
- You will solve unique and complex commercial, legal and client regulatory issues with impact on the business unit or function and through conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
- You will review business practices and policies and advise management of potential risks and mitigations.
- You will analyze various legal and business issues, discuss with subject matter experts, and advise business leaders.
- You will support and advise business development and sales teams in creating and selling new products and services.
- You will evaluate matters which may have a major bearing on the conduct of our organization's business.
- It is required that you are licensed to practice law in the U.S. and a member of the bar in good standing.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a corporateor transactional lawyer in a top tier law firm or part of that experience in a relevant in-house services practice.
- J.D. from a top tier law school
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience is required.
- Requires ability to anticipate internal and external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommend process, product or service improvements; solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business; contribute to the development of functional strategy; lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
- Familiarity with data privacy and laws and regulations related to data use highly desirable.
- Skilled at communicating, both verbally and in writing, with customers and at the senior leadership-level.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within strict deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to participate as a member of a team, assisting in other projects as needed or as assigned.
