Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimizeRHELandWindows Serverinfrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts usingBashandPowerShell.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Support and administerIBM WebSphere Application Serverenvironments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Linux and Windows platforms.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews.
• Document operational procedures and system configurations.

• 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience withRHEL(7/8/9) andWindows Server(2016/2019/2022).
• Proficiency inBashandPowerShellscripting.
• Experience withIBM WebSphere Application Server(installation, configuration, tuning).
• Exposure to JBoss Application Serverenvironments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g.,Nagios,Splunk,Grafana,Datadog).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm forlearning new technologies and tools.

• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Exposure to ITIL practices and enterprise change management processes

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Open-minded and adaptable to evolving technologies and environments.
