Key responsibilities:
The Senior Support Analyst/Lead will be responsible for:
- Production Support - closely supporting the BR clients in the day to day issues faced by them in Asset Servicing Product set and advising on best-practice usage of the solution and Asset Servicing processes. Addressing any product,/business queries raised by Clients, resolving trade flow issues to ensure smooth business flow and straight through processing of trades in Production
- Monitoring - Daily Monitoring of the Client PROD/QA Environments and resolve any errors/warnings. Health Checks and Monitoring of environments e.g. Background servers, EOD jobs and various alerts monitoring.
- Communication - Responsible for communicating with Clients, CSMs and Management on the open issues progress and escalating to the management on the priority issues. Maintaining regular communication with Client Contacts on the open issues, Creating the Release Handover Plan and Coordinating with internal teams to promote changes to Production environments
- Collaboration - Owning the issue raised by the client, reporting the technical/functional issue analysis from Production/UAT to Development, keeping the clients up dated on the expected delivery dates & coordinating promotion of changes with Development, QC and Release teams
- Talent Management - Providing mentoring/guidance to junior members of the team.
- Continual Improvement - Focus on continuous improvements in the overall Service Delivery procedures including response times, monitoring, monitoring and reviewing the support processes and driving initiatives to continually improve them.

- 3-12 years of experience in Production support or Implementations in Financial Services domain in Capital markets Corporate Actions areas
- Product knowledge covering Equity, Fixed Income in Corporate Actions area
- Experience of working on Asset Servicing platforms (either in-house or vendor solutions) in an Investment Banking environment like TCS Bancs will be a huge plus
- Subject matter expertise in all areas of Asset Servicing including Dividends, Coupons, Tax and Corporate Actions (Mandatory and Elective) processing
- A thorough understanding of the Asset Servicing lifecycle and components including -
- Event capture (multi-source)
- Data quality / data cleansing
- Position and Transaction eligibility
- Entitlement processing including trade generation and resulting ledger postings
- Technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL. Experience in AWS & Java is preferred. Experience in using JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Office tools is preferred.
- Experience of large scale projects and good understanding of the full project lifecycle and Governance
- Excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external clients in both the business and technology at any level
- Ability to handle multiple work streams and assignments simultaneously, able to lead product support work for single/multiple clinets and work as part of a team
- Ability to understand and challenge the detail
- Willingness to travel and to work on client site as necessary
