Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure team provides timely and comprehensive support for revenue and fee-billing application
- Coordinate team acting as the primary liaison in communicating and/or resolving client inquiries including working with Account Managers, Developers, QA Analysts, etc.
- Collaborate and problem-solve with internal teams to initiate change and provide outstanding service
- Perform special projects as needed as well as provide support for larger internal and client projects

- Set and communicate clear and realistic client expectations to team
- Establish best practices and processes to streamline delivery of service
- Perform other related duties as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least five years of managing client support teams
- Working knowledge of financial services, specifically in the Revenue and Fee Billing industry
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with operations personnel, technical staff, and management to facilitate analysis and problem solving
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to problem solve and work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Ability to handle various tasks at a time within strict deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across departments, with staff, senior management and clients
