The Senior Client Services Representative is responsible for managing client interactions with a demonstrated passion for building strong relationships. This person will engage with internal and external parties to address all client needs in a professional and timely manner.The candidate will be a member of our Operations team and should be experienced working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment where accuracy is paramount. The ideal candidate for this role has a team player attitude and is self-motivated to delivering great results. This role requires a highly organized, dynamic, and responsive individual with strong customer focus and the desire to exceed clients' expectations.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for creation of HTML Emails for our Broker and Issuer Clients
• Display leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
• Computer savvy and capable of learning new software applications with relative ease
• Client service experience; will communicate directly with internal clients
• Comfortable working within a team while owning their own work
• Maintains a high level of productivity, quality, and customer-service standards while adhering to strict SLAs (service level agreements)
• Utilize great time management skills to handle extremely high seasonal volumes
• Manage system validations for process enhancements and disaster recovery testing
• Suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team
• Builds and maintains strong internal client relationships and provides day-to-day client service advice and support.
• Evaluates and communicates technical content in a clear manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong client services background
• Bachelor's degree or two to four years related expereince and/or training
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
• Excellent ability to understand the scope of each project, prioritizes tasks, and effectively manages time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Outlook and Access.
• Learns From Experience
• HTML knowledge a plus
Salary range: $25 - $30 per hour. Bonus Eligible.
