Senior Client Relations Administrator - Trust Bank Client Services (Hybrid / On-Site/Remote)

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Senior Client Relations Administrator to join our Trust Bank Client Services team. In this critical role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our Trust Bank Clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships that ensure exceptional service delivery. You'll act as the primary liaison between clients, internal colleagues, and external partners, helping to resolve complex inquiries while driving continuous process improvement across accounts.This position blends relationship management, operational excellence, governance oversight, and strategic problem-solving-ideal for professionals experienced in stewardship, proxy operations, or client services within governance or financial data environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Excellence

  • Cultivate trusted partnerships with trust bank clients, acting as their advocate and ensuring consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • Serve as the key point of contact to address and resolve client inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely, professional manner.
Operational Service Delivery
  • Manage daily and cyclical workflows related to client servicing, account maintenance, and fulfillment of proxy-related or governance-driven activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Operations, Product, Technology, and Compliance) to ensure service accuracy and delivery against SLAs.
Governance and Data Integrity
  • Ensure data, documentation, and reporting accuracy across client portfolios-helping clients maintain compliance with stewardship policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and partner with leadership to develop and implement best practices to improve accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Mentorship and Team Collaboration
  • Support training and mentoring of new associates, sharing best practices in client servicing and operational standards.
  • Engage collaboratively with internal partners and promote open communication, efficiency, and client-centric problem-solving.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions and streamline service delivery.
  • Participate in projects and special initiatives designed to modernize workflows, elevate data quality, or scale client delivery.

  • Experience in client relationship management, proxy governance, trust services, or institutional account servicing.
  • Familiarity with shareholder voting, proxy operations, or financial market operations is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client satisfaction and collaborative teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong accountability and professionalism; able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary range $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
