This role is primarily focused on supporting Broadridge for ICS Operations. The Reporting Analytics Analyst will collaborate on quality-centric and financial reporting projects across operations, with a focus on continual improvement internally as well as improving the client experience. The Analyst will also assist Quality Management leadership with the creation of quality, production and financial data. In order to represent Broadridge in the best possible way, there will be a focus on consistency, accuracy and professionalism of documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and deliver accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze complex financial data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) through robust data analysis and present actionable insights to management.
- Design and enhance automated reporting solutions to drive reporting efficiencies, reduce manual processes, and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and forecasting reports, providing variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously assess and streamline reporting processes to implement best practices and increase productivity.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, concise visualizations and presentations tailored for executive audiences.
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from business units and leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory standards in all reporting activities.
- Stay current with industry trends, analytics tools, and reporting methodologies to drive ongoing improvements in reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence role.
- Strong PC skills including advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.
- Strong financial management skills including G&A/Capital budgeting, cost/unit analysis, and demonstrated expense analysis/management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
- Solid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
