Broadridge is growing! We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. We are seeking an individual that will be responsible for the successful delivery of highly transparent, complex projects. Your day-to-day project management responsibilities would include developing and updating project plans, resolving project and resource conflicts, facilitating solutions across department boundaries, tracking and communicating progress of multiple concurrent projects and driving a sense of urgency and dedication across all projects. Responsibilities:
Manage and drive Project(s) Schedule, Risk Management, Scope Change, and Budget to ensure an effective product implementation to the firm’s clients.
Provide clear and concise communication to facilitate and lead project communications and stakeholder, client, and team expectation
Apply a broad understanding of principles, practices, and procedures to drive project completion
Perform duties and make sophisticated decisions and recommendations under limited supervision
Complete after action review and lesson learned session to facilitate process improvement
Assist with testing using various tools
* May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Qualifications
7+ years’ experience leading major time sensitive projects in a large operating environment
Strong Financial industry experience required as well as Software Development
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Microsoft Project and SharePoint
Experience with JIRA and agile methodologies and testing tools
Strong background in leading development SDLC processes.
Experience with deliverables within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring customer happiness
Validated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
* Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, providing options and recommendations relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items
Preferred Qualifications
Accounting, Fee Billing or Private Debt experience a plus
Pension & Credit Experience a plus
