We’re seeking a Level II Support Analyst with programming experience to support our top tier clients. You will provide technical support on a suite of products and applications while working alongside a stellar team.
You will monitor end of day/overnight batch processing, and intra-day real-time feeds.
Responsible for debugging and resolving client issues.
You will Interact with DBA, System Admin, and Network Engineering Teams.
Attend internal/external conference calls
* Responsible for logs processing issues & client correspondence via Remedy CS System.
You should have 2+ years of Technical Support experience
Experience working with Java and .NET
You should have experience working with SQL Server
Webservice, XML, SSIS, TSql and Json is preferred
Experience working in the financial industry is preferred
Candidates need to be able to work off hours and weekends if needed
You should possess strong communication and prioritization skills
