  • Responsibilities:
  • Help to manage the Product and Release Roadmap in line with Product Vision and Strategy
    • Develop requirements for development projects with third party vendor, and test enhancements to match to acceptance criteria, inclusive of upgrade testing.
    • Work with stakeholders to build and refine the product backlog
    • Build the product backlog by creating high quality user stories
    • Work with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to synchronize development teamwork
    • Optimize the value delivered by the development team
    • Accept completed work - in scope and quality
    • Design experiments to test features and hypotheses with users
    • Key collaborators include product managers, product owners, platform owners, program managers, management team, developers, and other product stakeholders
    • Track key sprint metrics
    • Attend the key agile/scrum ceremonies
    • Participate in the yearly upgrade cycle which may mean after hours testing
  • Handle new user set ups for internal associates, including confirming entitlement, using defined process for approvals, providing login instructions, and being available for new user questions. Includes group administration.
  • Case and data review and management.
  • Database governance and oversight.
  • As available: contact for Client Relations as clients move to use of the Client Service Portal, addressing questions/requests from clients (via Client Relations) and from Client Relations, and managing client and Client Relations feedback.
  • Create dashboards and reports to improve user experience and visualize actionable information for leaders.
  • As available: write knowledge base articles as needed to support internal users.
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in product analyst or similar roles
  • Prioritization and delivery/risk management capabilities
  • Process and data-focused abilities
  • Governance aptitude
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed team
  • Available outside of routinely scheduled hours with upgrade
