Broadridge is hiring! We are currently looking to hire our next Senior Business Systems Analyst, specializing inOracle Fusion SCM Cloud and Integration. This is a Full Time / Direct Hire role based out of our Newark, NJ location.

Use domain expertise within Oracle cloud SCM; continue to build upon existing knowledge and develop new knowledge for areas within SC M Operations. Participate in cross-project planning to resolve conflicts in project priorities, resourcing, schedule and scope Evaluate and recommend opportunities to enhance processes and procedures improving efficiency, accuracy or user experience; and execute on selected enhancements/improvements. Perform analysis and functional configuration of Oracle ERP Cloud modules Receivables, and SCM Cloud modules Order Management, Oracle integration cloud services, Inventory and Pricing Gather requirements and document business processes Lead and mentor junior team members; Educate team members and other colleagues on Oracle ERP Cloud. Able to demonstrate how cloud processes are different from or ERP applications. Document business processes and technical designs Support System conversions Provide Cloud functional application mentorship to team reg arding Cloud standard methodologies during implementation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/rela ted subject area
3 years of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud and Integration cloud services experience required
Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and recommend solutions that address expressed needs within the project
