Responsibilities
- Reconcile and pay cash and stock dividends for multiple clients
- Reconcile open items and ensure timely action on receivables, including claims and agent related payments
- Calculate and submit foreign tax (EDS) elections in DTC
- Respond to customer email inquiries and assist with answering client phone calls
- Advance issues in timely to manner
- Contribute to process improvement activities.
- Adhere to client service level agreements (SLAs)
- Strict observance of daily checklists and risk controls
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to handle time effectively and clearly prioritize tasks
- A self-starter with experience utilizing the Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to stay calm and logically work through problems/issues as they arise, often under tight deadlines
- Customer service oriented, able to handle multiple tasks at a time
