Broadridge is growing! We are searching for an Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team based out of Newark, NJ. This is a remote, long term contract role with potential for permanent employment.
In this role, you will work closely with program workstream leads as it relates to workforce allocation, staffing, and analytics. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Legal and other resources to handle vendor and contingent worker hiring process as well as process for full time hires.

Role/Responsibilities:
- Crafting detailed job requisitions
- Maintaining meticulous notes, status logs, and folders
- Submitting complete equipment set-up requests
- Responding to email inquiries / corresponding with managers
- Consolidating multiple data points into instructional notifications
- Following up on issues (managers, tech groups, vendors)
- Maintaining a level head during multiple requests for updates
Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong analytical skills with very high attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized, detailed and able to handle work to meet deadlines
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to work under pressure at times
- Self-directed, working in a remote environment without direct supervision
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple items at once
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with excel and outlook
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and absorb processes and procedures
