Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Accounts Receivable (AR) O2C Collections Specialist to join our Finance team in Bangalore. This role requires strong expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, particularly in international AR collections, with an ability to independently manage customer relationships, drive timely collections, ensure compliance, and deliver on key performance indicators like DSO and customer aging targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end international AR collections with strong focus on customer engagement and cash application.
- Ensure AR aging is maintained within targets by proactively following up with customers.
- Drive Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and meet monthly collection goals and SLAs.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and customers over calls and emails to ensure timely payments.
- Deliver necessary AR reports, including aging analysis, collection metrics, and DSO reports.
- Identify risks or process gaps, recommend solutions, and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Research and resolve collection issues independently, ensuring positive client experience.
- Consistently meet daily deliverables and SLA requirements.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and customer-centric approach in managing collections.

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration (B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA).
- 2-5 years of relevant AR collections and O2C experience in international markets.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials E-Business Suite / Fusion preferred.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills to interact with global customers.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable principles and O2C process.
- Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Flexible to work in US night shifts, based out of Bangalore location.
