Manager, Distributor Data Management- (New York- Hybrid)

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of five Data Analysts, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational workflow, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data management tasks and projects.
  • Represent our business needs throughout the agile development process, working closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure data needs and requirements are clearly communicated and met.
  • Drive data quality initiatives to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems and products.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for distributor data.
  • Coordinate within the Data Management team to resolve data issues, recommend improvements, and implement best practices.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with an emphasis on data management, analytics, or client support.
  • Experience working with asset managers is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience operating in Agile project environments.
  • Project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across technical and business teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality best practices.
Salary range $80,000.00 - $85,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
