Responsibilities:
Lead a small team of Business Analysts, ensuring a high level of quality of analysis and project transparency.
Mentor and coach team members.
You will act as liaison and participate in defining technology solutions to solve sophisticated, multidisciplinary business problems with long-term implications.
You will conduct analysis of business requirements and issues working closely with business and product management
You'll translate business requirements into appropriate Functional specifications to ensure there is clarity for the development and QA teams.
Working closely with the development team, develop project and program documentation and specifications.
Develop project plans, which you will use to supervise the progress of a project.
Maintain appropriate project documentation
* Timely communication of project statuses
Qualifications required:
10+ years of Technical Business Analysis / Project Management experience
3+ years managing/leading a small team
Deep understanding of system development life cycle
MS Office and MS Project experience
Proven written and verbal communication
Detailed oriented and organized
Good interpersonal skills
The knowledge of the financial industry is desired
