Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting for a Lead Production Coordinator to join our dynamic Production Operations team in El Dorado Hills.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
Responsible for organizing and guiding the daily activities for a team of up to 15 associates assigned to the department. Collaborates with all departments in Operations to coordinate resources, ensuring efficiency is maximized while maintaining high quality standards. Reports to Supervisor/Manager Production Operations.

- Ensures all jobs on the must mail list are prioritized and completed in a timely manner. Increase communication between departments to ensure most mail deadlines are met.
- Communicates with leads/supervisors and managers throughout the Operations team.
- Assists in coordinating available labor on the production floor ensuring the operation is running efficiently. Utilizes outside temp agencies to increase and/or decrease labor as volume dictates.
- Reads, comprehends and takes appropriate action regarding emails and remedy. Correctly follows instructions, identifies problems, and provides workable solutions.
- Actively assists in cross training associates across Production/Operations to reduce labor costs and position associates to perform the proper functions and processes.
- Motivates, supports and encourages and instruct associates within departments
- May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in production environment, preferred
- Associates degree preferred
- 1 year lead/supervisory experience in a production environment, preferred
- Related work experience with strong time-management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with team members, internal and external, and liaisons
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Computer skills
- Proficient in the English language
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, push, pull and reach throughout duration of assigned 12-hour shifts
- Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge policies and procedures
