Role Description
Client-facing Customer Engineering Associate with in-depth knowledge of the BRACS system and applications, understanding the available functionality and how the BRACS solution is used by our clients. Experience with broker dealer/wealth management firms' business and operational processes, with understanding of how the BRACS solution fits into client workflow. Provide troubleshooting and solution consulting from a BRACS functionality standpoint. Must also have enough technical knowledge to work with the development team to tie together the business reason and the BRACS solution.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Implementation Team with onboarding clients and identifying what solutions/functionality are available in BRACS to solve their business/operational needs
- Troubleshoot complex incident tickets and communicate updates directly to the client
- Assist CSMs with change or enhancement requests from clients, attend client meetings, write up requirements, and work with the Customer Engineering team on delivering the change or solution
- Support clients with configuration changes to align the system with their business needs
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Development on the future of the BRACS product based on client requests and industry trends
- Help write and review product documentation alongside the Product Team
- Apply a theoretical knowledge base to achieve goals through individual work
- Provide guidance to others as needed and may lead small projects
- Use best practices and technical expertise to improve solutions and services
- Solve complex problems and apply a new perspective using existing solutions
- Work independently with minimal guidance
- Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, customer engineering, or systems support
- Experience working with broker dealer/wealth management firms is preferred
- Familiarity with the BRACS platform is a plus
