Broadridge is growing and we are excited to be expanding our fast-growing team. We are actively seeking a Lead Client Service Representative to join our Newark, NJ or Deer Park, NY office. In this role, you will manage our highest value clients where integrity, client focus and a broad understanding of stock transfer are essential to the success of the business. You will have the responsibility to acquire, advise, and retain a portfolio of clients, working with the broader branch and direct teams to ensure achievement of business per formance measures and plan. You will liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. You will monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag any potential issues.

Responsibilities include:
You will build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
You will conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
You will alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
You will let clients know about other products the company offers
You will ensure that clients are informed of changes in the industry and regulatory environments and the direct impact on them
Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
You'll achieve client relationship targets and deliverables as set by the manageme nt team
You will use experience to support the developmental needs of fellow associates
You will raise and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. You'll carry out client happiness surveys and reviews
Qualifications:
You should possess 2+years’ experience in a client relations role or equivalent experience
BA/BS degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and outstanding negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to problem solve and work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
Communicate effectively and efficiently across departments, with staff, senior management and clients
Provide extraordinary client service to our clients
Ability to manage Transfer Agent functions i.e. IPO’s, Stock Option exercises and Restricted Stock vesting
Maintain favorable client relationships in order to identify additional service needs
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
