This is a newly established, high-impact role within Broadridge's Finance Operations, dedicated to leading the integration and modernization of billing operations as we expand through acquisitions and embark on significant digital transformation. Operating at the intersection of technology, process, and people, the role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of billing integration, migration to our next-generation billing platform, process automation, and enhancement of our critical .NET-based Global Proxy application.

Reporting to senior finance leadership and working closely with global technology, operations, business analysts, and acquired entities, the Project Manager will deliver value by accelerating synergies, reducing revenue leakage, and ensuring a smooth transition during times of complexity and change. The successful candidate will have the gravitas to shape transformation strategy and the operational expertise to execute against ambitious performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Collections Transformation Management
  • Represent the billing and collections team in the identification and articulation of integration and innovation priorities, guided by business insights and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders to communicate transformation plans, ensuring they are well understood, actionable, and broadly supported throughout the company.
  • Serve as coordinator for modernization initiatives within billing and collections operations, ensuring alignment around data-driven improvements, automation, and enhanced process efficiency with IT and digital transformation teams to deliver seamless technology rollouts and to future-proof core platforms.
Integration & Project Delivery
  • Direct cross-functional teams in planning and executing system migrations, onboarding new businesses, and harmonizing operational practices across multiple entities.
  • Take ownership of project milestones, resource allocation, testing, and delivery-regularly updating stakeholders on outcomes and obstacles.
  • Guide billing and collections team members through new processes, ensuring training and support are tailored to diverse backgrounds and geographies.
Ongoing Optimization
  • Instill a culture of ongoing enhancement by using metrics and stakeholder feedback to review billing and collections processes and drive meaningful change.
  • Standardize best practices and refine operating procedures for greater speed, reduced errors, and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Integrate feedback loops and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future enhancements.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced qualifications in project management or process improvement preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in finance transformation, order-to-cash, billing operations, or related project management roles, ideally within a multinational and acquisitive environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within deadlines and budgets.
  • Expertise in billing systems, financial operations, data migration, and workflow automation.
  • Exceptional project management, change management, and communication skills; able to engage senior leadership and train end-users alike.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
