Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a business-minded, analytical, proactive and technically savvy Human Capital Operations Analyst to join our global COO of Global Technology Operations (GTO) Business Office. This role will report directly to our Chief of Staff to the COO of GTO IT, based out of our Newark, NJ office. This individual will collaborate with global teams from IT, HR, Finance and businesses to ensure that we have processes and budget plans to attract, acquire, onboard, develop and retain highly talented and energetic resources!

This is a temporary, contract role.

The COO has global responsibilities for ensuring IT effectively delivers a technical strategy that contributes to business outcomes and exceeds Client expectations. The Business Office functions as the COO’s mission control for crafting and implementing global processes, metrics that demonstrate operations and business value, governance oversight to ensure adherence to processes and budgets and insight to ensure the best human capital decisions are made to reach our goals.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you would facilitate the Human Capital Transformation effort with the COO, HR and Development teams to create, update and lead the
Human Capital Plan that addresses:
- Developing and tracking change management plans for transitioning from current state human capital model to target state model
- Developing and tracking plans to grow/acquire skill sets required to implement our Target Architecture
- Help to inform decisions around Right-Sourcing of Resources taking into consideration location concentration risks, costs of skills/roles from various locations and right-sizing employee vs contractor ratios
- Collaborate with IT Teams on refining the people strategy that uses a Demand vs Resource Supply Capacity model. Contribute to discussions with IT teams and business on how to solve for Capacity mismatches
- Create processes and metrics that demonstrate how IT is optimizing resource utilization across groups, identifying resource needs, cost effectively filling resource needs, right-sizing ratio of FTE vs CWK, planning for our future needs and mitigating people risks
- Work with Development and HR for alternate sourcing of resources through College Recruiting, Try/Buys with Vendors, FDM Group
- Manage resourcing Vendors to ensure resources meet our quality, productivity, performance and cost-to-value requirements
- Facilitate performance calibration sessions with HR and Development teams to ensure consistency of Performance assessments, identifying high potentials and their access to Top-Talent programs and assigning to appropriate opportunities and ensuring Succession Planning documented for all management positions
- Handle the onboarding of employees and contractors to ensure they are established in Workday, have HW/SW/tools needed for their role, that time tracking is established correctly
- Provide governance over Development managers to ensure time is booked correctly and flows through to financials correctly
- Lead the effort with HR and COO IT Leadership team to create action plans for Employee Surveys and any other improvement feedback
- Work with Development teams and Facilities on space planning

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree related to business, human resources, organizational development, industrial psychology or information technology is preferred, or equivalent education and work experience
- 2 - 5 years of experience in people management and human resource for software developers
- Strong analytical skills and data skills with experience in excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, tableau, Powerpoint tools
- Ability to articulate both business and technical issues in writing, as well as verbally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through managing multiple tasks and project deliverables in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to creatively problem solve, identify options with supporting details of recommended option, oversee execution of recommended option and track result of implementation
