Broadridge is growing! We are searching for a Financial and Marketing Content Writer/Editor to join our dynamic and innovative emerging products team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, crafting and maintaining financial content, tools, and calculators as well as optimizing content for audience engagement on digital and social channels.

Responsibilities:
Develop informative content for both financial advisors and their clients—create and edit content such as articles, tables, and illustrations, and contribute to the production of videos on a variety of general interest financial planning topics

Research assigned topics for potential content development
Stay abreast of key legislative developments and trends that impact assigned topic areas, and work closely with other members of the content team to develop editorial calendar
Understand our clients’ needs and help shape our capabilities to those needs
Relentlessly pursue the holistic metrics that enable us to connect the dots and understand the most effective communications to drive the most predictable results
Execute cross-channel customer journeys that follow a consumer across websites, email, social, and paid ads and serve appropriate content based on actions taken.
Work to maximize CTR, conversion rates, and volume through continuous testing efforts across multiple digital channels
Identify and document both topic and consumption preferences of various audience segments, and iteratively test and refine based on available data
Work to plan, design, build, and deploy targeting content campaigns across distribution channels, organic search, paid search, email and social media
Maximize content engagement; apply appropriate analytics to gauge effectiveness and adapt ongoing efforts
* Stay informed of/follows all relevant Broadridge policies to ensure the security and privacy of data
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Economics or other related major
2-3 years of experience with writing and editing financial and/or marketing content
Excellent social media skills
Ability to work successfully with several internal and external client groups
* Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite
