About the Role
We are seeking a Fiduciary Services Specialist to join our Fiduciary Services team. In this key role, you will support Broadridge's 15(c) product, an essential service that helps mutual fund boards review fund expenses and performance. This position is pivotal in managing relationships with clients during the contract renewal process, ensuring the highest accuracy and delivering value through expert analysis, reporting, and client collaboration. You will be instrumental in upholding Broadridge's reputation as a leading provider of fiduciary reports and services.

Responsibilities
- Provide specialized analysis and fund manager performance advice to institutional clients, especially regarding Section 15(c) of the Investment Company Act
- Perform due diligence, statistical analysis, and documentation to address 15(c) client requirements
- Implement and clearly explain Broadridge's 15(c) methodology to both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage 15(c) projects, coordinating all aspects of report creation and production to deliver accurate and comprehensive reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and internal inquiries related to fiduciary projects
- Oversee quality control processes for completed reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Lead all phases of the report production process, including packaging and presenting 15(c) materials
- Address ad hoc requests and additional tasks as assigned, adapting to frequently changing priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree required, concentration in finance, business, or related field preferred
- Experience in the investment funds or finance industry is a plus
- Demonstrated project management expertise and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; presentation and statistical analysis skills are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to clients and team members
- Critical thinking, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to combine information from various sources and manage multiple priorities
