Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Digital Delivery or E-Delivery Professional to join our team in our Newark, NJ office on a contingency basis. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert on email delivery, including an understanding of email bounce codes, marketplace knowledge about vendors, expertise on security paradigms, and standard methodologies for deliverability. Other responsibilities will include: Driving the roadmap of our email platform aligned to improvement of email deliverability, accessibility engagement metrics, new feature/revenue generation, and stabilization. Drive the data strategy of the email platform. Implement an email deliverability platform and improve the general availability of the platform, including the ability of the product to be accessible via multiple AZ's. Advise leadership standard methodologies in email.

We are wanting the following qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with E-Delivery
Familiarity in working directly with email vendor platforms (SendGrid, MailChimp, Sparkpost) and in working with SaaS/PaaS platforms
Familiarity with API's
BI Tool (Tableau/PowerBI/etc.) business level familiarity
Comfort in writing client facing documentation
AWS Certified
