Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the product strategy for universal client facing portal, managing a portfolio of 100+ legacy applications spanning dashboards, reporting, identity and AI capabilities.
- Oversee global, cross-functional Agile delivery teams consisting of product analysts, UX designers, engineers, project managers and data specialists to develop capabilities across the end-to-end client service journey.
- Connect to enterprise-wide data strategy to enable scalable data consumption across products.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product vision, secure investment, and influence strategic direction and prioritization within Modernization initiative.
- Partner with global and domestic bank/broker clients to manage pipeline and prioritization of new features to drive continuous improvement and user-centric design principles.
- Continuously evaluate feedback through UI analytics and client surveys to drive improvement and insights into the platform strategy
- Evaluate, select, and integrate innovative FinTech and internal technology solutions to accelerate transformation objectives.
- Ensure risk-aware delivery and control standards across all data products.
- 10+ years' experience leading product strategy and execution within financial services or complex, regulated industries.
- Proven track record managing large-scale global teams and driving enterprise-level platform delivery.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and transformative innovation practices.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with ability to influence at C-suite level.
- Deep understanding of data platforms, reporting/analytics, and data governance frameworks.
- Strong client orientation, with experience engaging directly with key customers, industry organizations, and the broader market to anticipate needs and evolve product strategy.
- Deep experience in translating business requirements into tangible product offerings, with an outstanding ability to productize concepts and manage go-to-market planning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development lifecycle and mastery of Agile methodologies, enabling close partnership with Agile teams
