- Design, test, and implement new metrics, models, and methodologies to address client and business goals.
- Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Analyze large and complex data sets using Python and/or R, SQL, and Excel to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data science workflows, models, and analytical processes to ensure reproducibility, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Stay current on emerging data science tools, industry trends, and best practices in asset management and FinTech.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a quantitative analytics/product analytics role.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R, SQL, and Excel for data mining, modeling, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to distill and present analytical insights clearly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
