As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery and continuous improvement of our compensation and benefits programs.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting day-to-day operations, data analysis, and process improvements to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Administrate and coordinate compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, annual bonus processes, and benefits enrollment.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and participate in market compensation surveys to help maintain competitive pay practices.
- Analyze compensation data and support the annual compensation review process by preparing data, reports, and recommendations.
- Provide support to HR colleagues and managers, answering queries and explaining compensation and benefits policies.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
- Assist with the communication and rollout of new or updated compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Assist with job evaluations, ensure internal consistency and market alignment.
- Assists with gender pay analytics and reporting.
- Participate in compensation and benefits-related projects as needed.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management.

- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits field.
- Experience in compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player, able to collaborate across HR and the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is an advantage but not required.
